MVP Global Solutions Inc has been providing sales and services since 1999. During this time MVP has sold, delivered and installed hundreds of machines and provided basically every service imaginable to satisfy their customers needs. The following is a very brief summary of a few of the projects completed to highlight the quality and diversity of the products and services that MVP provides. Please review a few below examples…
This project was in 2017 and included a barely used 3200 Ton Krauss Maffei injection molding press, robot and auxiliary equipment. This asset MVP Global Solutions purchased in Bremen Germany and sold to an automotive tier 1 supplier in Queretaro Mexico. The sale involved all products and services from disassembly in Germany, custom crate packaging, ocean freight shipping to Mexico and transport delivery to the customers factory. On this project the customer requested to assume the assembly portion of the project however MVP provided all support necessary for the assembly and startup.
This project was in 2013 and included more than 150 used machines. The machines were all purchased by MVP Global Solutions Inc in Nitra Slovakia from 3 separate manufacturing corporations. The machinery ranged from (45) injection molding presses 100 to 2500 tons, (3) CNC boring mills, (22) Makino CNC high speed machining centers, spotting presses, welding machines, auxiliary equipment and many other pieces of equipment. All of the assets were purchased by MVP in March of 2013 and sold and delivered to MVP customers by January of 2014. The delivery destinations ranged from Windsor Ontario, Tijuana Mexico, Queretaro Mexico, Toluca Mexico, Brampton Ontario, Detroit Michigan, Tulsa Oklahoma, Kitchener Ontario and San Antonio Texas. This project was in 2018 and included a barely used 1600 Ton 2 Shot Krauss Maffei injection molding press, robot and auxiliary equipment. This asset MVP Global Solutions purchased in Switzerland and sold to an automotive tier 1 supplier in Mexico City. The sale involved all products and services from disassembly in Switzerland, custom crate packaging, ocean freight shipping to Mexico and transport delivery to the customers factory. On this project the customer requested to assume the assembly portion of the project however MVP provided all support necessary for the assembly and startup.
This project was in 2012 and included a pristine condition used Kuraki Boring Mill. This asset MVP Global Solutions purchased in Tijuana Mexico and sold to an automotive mold builder in Windsor Ontario. The sale involved all products and services from disassembly in Tijuana Mexico, custom crate packaging, land freight shipping to Canada and transport delivery to the customers factory. On this project the customer requested to assume the assembly portion of the project however MVP provided all support necessary for the assembly and startup.
This project was in 2013 and included a mint condition used 1600 Ton Krauss Maffei injection molding press, robot and auxiliary equipment. This asset MVP Global Solutions purchased in Warsaw Poland and sold to an automotive tier 1 supplier in Michigan. The sale involved all products and services from disassembly in Poland, custom crate packaging, ocean freight shipping to the USA and transport delivery to the customers factory. On this project MVP provided all service and support necessary for the assembly and startup.
This project was in 2006-07 and included more than 55 used machines. The project involved a full new business startup in the Tool & Die sector which included the management of a building addition, the planning of all manufacturing processes and the turn-key procurement of all assets required. The machines were purchased by MVP Global Solutions Inc from various locations across North America and relocated to the new factory in Windsor Ontario Canada. The photo is of 3 mechanical stamping machines which include a 2200 ton Danly and (2) 500 ton Bliss mechanical stamping presses. Each machine was totally rebuilt and modified to the customer requirements.
This project was in 2015 and included (2) 2600 Ton & (2) 2000 Ton Negri Bossi Presses that were in mint condition and repossessed by the Bank of Poland. The presses were in Wroclaw Poland and were disassembled, packaged, transported to port, ocean shipped to Vera Cruz Mexico, transported to Toluca Mexico and installed at a major tier 1 automotive supplier in Toluca Mexico. On this project MVP Global Solutions had to hire and managed trades companies from Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, The Netherlands, Slovakia and Mexico. The language communication during this project was complicated to say the least but the project was a great success.
This project was in 2017 and included (3) used 600 Ton Krauss Maffei injection molding presses from Santiago Chile. The presses were purchased by MVP Global Solutions and sold to an automotive tier 1 in Detroit Michigan. The presses were shipped from Chile to the USA and delivered to the factory by MVP. The safety standards were upgraded to comply with US standards.
This project was in 2019 and included (2) 2300 Ton Krauss Maffei 2 shot presses that we purchased as part of a 21 press lot from an electronics manufacturer in Tijuana Mexico and relocated to our customer a large tier 1 automotive supplier in Toluca Mexico. This project was a full turn-key that involved rebuilding the 2 robots to be shorter in height, longer in travel and inline to the press molding operation. The robots were rebuild by Ranger Robot in Boston MA. The project converted the 2 shot presses into presses capable to run 2 interior door mold in each press at the same time allowing to double production. The robots were designed to remove the 2 parts at the same time and place on 2 separate conveyors. This project was very complicated but a lot of fun as it was a creative solution to fit 2 large presses into a small area to mold 4 molds at the same time.
This project was in 2014 and involved (2) used 2000 ton Mitsubishi injection molding presses from Jiading China. The presses were purchased by MVP and sold to a large automotive tier 1 supplier . one press was delivered to the company’s Michigan plant and the other to the company’s Ontario plant. The project involved all of the processes from rigging, packaging, ocean freight to transportation, safety upgrades and installation.
This project was in 2018 and included a 4000 Ton Krauss Maffei injection molding press and robot. MVP Global Solutions purchased the machinery in Gumi-si South Korea and sold the machinery to a great tier 1 customer in Toronto Ontario. The project involved the decommission, disassembly, packaging, ocean shipping and transportation to the customers facility. This press shows the ability to pit the machine to save ceiling height.
